Life can be incredibly challenging, and sometimes we can benefit from some additional support. I offer a compassionate place to be heard and understood. Coming from the perspective that you are the expert on your life, my position is to help sift through and make sense of what you have experienced, foster better self awareness and understanding, and build a foundation of resiliency and create ease through change. Whether this be through behaviours, thoughts, or physiological change and nervous system regulation, my aim is to work collaboratively towards your goals.

(y)our Space

We endeavour to provide a comfortable and private space for in person sessions, however also understand that it can be difficult to attend in person. We are able to offer virtual sessions for individual therapy, offering more flexibility from the comfort of your own space.

How we can help

Healing does not occur selectively, but when we take into account and work with the whole. With this in mind, our objective is to integrate traditional therapy (CBT, ACT, EFCT, Solution Focused) alongside somatic (body) awareness, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, connection with nature, and a healthful lifestyle. With non-judgement, I strive to help older adolescents, adults, couples and families achieve meaningful cognitive and behavioural change through integrative guidance and support. Areas of experience include anxiety (including health anxiety), depression, stress, self-harm, chronic pain, ADHD, disordered eating, body image, self-esteem, sleep and insomnia, infidelity, relationship and attachment issues, gender, fertility, and women's health (peri/menopause).
